LegalBreeze began a few years ago when, in one ear, a lawyer heard the steady drumbeat of clients seeking transparency into legal fees/costs. In the other ear, was the ever-increasing drumbeat of worry from lawyers in search of new client opportunities.
He set out to create a solution that informs potential clients and quickly connects them with a lawyer.

Founder and CEO – Chief Executive Officer
Troy is a partner in the Tucson office of Quarles & Brady, LLP, an Am Law 200 Law Firm. Troy received a BA degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and a JD degree from Gonzaga University School of Law
Upon graduating from law school, Troy was in-house counsel for a heavy highway construction contractor for five years. In 2001, he formed Ironbuy.com, an online auction company and ASP focused on the heavy equipment industry. Troy has been in private law practice since 2002
Jen Hoch
Co-founder and CLO — Chief Learning Officer
With a Masters Degree in education from the University of Arizona, Jen is an online education specialist with 15 years of experience creating internal and customer facing training for Fortune 500 companies
Adam Lazarus
CIO — Chief Innovation Officer
Adam is a successful online entrepreneur and consultant with several startups under his belt – GolfNow.com, CruiseInsider.com and many more – and has extensive knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, SEO and SEM trends, web analytics, online sales and team building
With a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida and over 20 years of experience in the digital space, Adam brings expertise, energy and creativity to the already talented Legalbreeze team
Dr. Lawrence Stiffman

Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Larry has 37 years of experience in conducting market research on the economics of law practice for 13 state and local bar associations, as well as national bar associations, including ATLA and the Association of Immigration Legal Lawyers
With a BS in Zoology and Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, an MPH degree from the University of Michigan and a PhD in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of Michigan, Larry has participated in a variety of startups since the 1980s, including Network Technologies of Ann Arbor, Michigan (including a public offering on the Vancouver Stock Exchange), Nth Degree in Tempe, Arizona and FiberTec, in Okemos Michigan

Thomas Norton is a trial attorney and principal with the law firm of Norton Vaughan, L.L.C. Thomas obtained his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and his J.D from Gonzaga University School of Law. A former prosecutor with Pima County, Thomas has devoted his practice to representing clients in the area of criminal defence, family law and child welfare law for the past 15 years. He consistently appears in all State, Federal and Tribal courts in Arizona

Edward is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Applied Science – BASc, Biology/Biological Sciences. He’s a second-generation Arizonan, inventor, and owner of a business that provides equipment and services to the railroad and mining industries. Being from Obregon, Sonora, Mexico and having deep family and business ties in the Latino community, Edward oversees all business development and outreach efforts for LegalBreeze to our Latino community of users
